Apple Cider From The Farm

Apple Cider is such a blessing and we were able to press 10 gallons this year from our own homestead orchard!  See how it's done in our new YouTube video.

Also check out our Cook Book for other great apple recipes like Apple Sauce Cake, Maple Syrup Baked Apples, Sparkling Ruby Juice, and our Cooking DVD for Fried Apples and Onions.

You may be able to borrow an apple press from a neighbor or you can order one online.

Blessings from our homestead.

We have a local orchard that makes the best cider! We planted two apple trees this year and hope to have more in the future. I can't wait to try to press our own cider! How exciting!

Thanks for all the beautiful homestead pictures and videos, I've enjoyed all of them from your blog this summer! We have a few apple trees, this encourages me to pick some of them and make something! I didn't know canning apple cider was so simple... looks like lots of fun!

Thanks for your inspiration. We have a small apple orchard. For years I've wanted a press to make cider. Maybe next year, with prayer, God will provide one. Blessings to you all!
